Create the diagram 0 for the system. If the diagram is too complex, then consider creating diagram 0 for each sub-system.

Draw diagram 1 for each of the two important events given in step 4.0 for your case study.
5.4 Process Descriptions
Write the process description for all processes identified in diagram 1.
5.5 Data Flow and Data Element Descriptions
Create the data flow definition and data element definition for each data flow identified in each diagram 1.
6.0 Conclusion
Write a conclusion that summarizes what you have achieved and states what the next step will be.
7.0 References
Reference any material that you have used.
8.0 Appendix
Include all documents collected in the analysis of the current system and technical details.
